Overall, I cannot thank Samantha enough for organizing such a fantastic and memorable trip. The memories created during our time in South Africa will be cherished for a lifetime. We highly recommend leveraging Samantha’s expertise to anyone planning a visit to South Africa.
Knowing very little about safaris, and not wanting to spend a lot of time researching the options, I took a friend’s advice and asked Sam to arrange an interesting trip for my daughter and myself. What a lucky decision that turned out to be!
All of it was perfectly organized and ran like clockwork. This truly inspired itinerary was not something I would’ve come up with on my own, and it was perfect for the two of us as we were looking for something a bit off the beaten track. We are so grateful we were directed to Sam.

I’m sure it’s not easy to handle a group of 12, coming from different parts of the globe. You were a joy to work with and you have no idea how much you helped us and made our trip planning enjoyable and stress free!
We had absolutely no issues. No illnesses, no injuries, no whining, no complaining. Only non-stop comments like “this is amazing”, “unbelievable”, etc etc! Ha ha. I would like to say it’s a trip of a lifetime, but I would like to do it again!
Samantha is simply the best! If you want an amazing South Africa trip with a personal touch do not look anywhere else! Samantha put together the perfect trip for us covering all the bases, Safari, Victoria Falls, Shark Diving, Canoe trips with Hippos, Cape Town etc! From the moment we landed in Johannesburg till the time we left she had everything covered so we did not have to think and could just enjoy the trip.
Samantha I just wanted to thank you so much for putting together a wonderful itinerary for Colleen and me visiting Africa. 18 Days was long but really worth it as it gave us time to start to better understand and appreciate animal behaviour plus a few humans as well.
The resort at Thorntree is outstanding and alone in comparison, one of the nicest resorts that we have ever stayed in and a great way to end our trip although the Vic falls trip was a surprise which will be long remembered as noted below.
It was brilliant!! Totally exceeded our expectations and Shelley is a great guide. I will definitely recommend your company to those I know coming to SA/CTown for a holiday. We are in the Kruger now and having a great time. Once again a huge Aussie thank you!!!
We recently booked our South African safari through ASH, and can confirm they were awesome from the start. Sam was our personal adviser and she was truly exceptional. We were undecided between SA, Botswana, Kenya and Tanzania, so Sam prepared us several quotes. She pointed us in the right direction, answering so many questions, (and there were many!)
Thanks again for arranging the trip of a lifetime for My wife and I. The schedule you planned for us covering Cape Town and 2 different safari lodges across 9 full days was perfect. Your itinerary gave us the opportunity to experience 3 very different areas of South Africa. We felt as though we had 3 amazing separate vacations all in 1 trip.

I don’t know where to begin. Everything far exceeded my expectations. Cape Town was beautiful and we were lucky the weather was great also. We fell in love with Cape Town and thought it couldn’t get better. Then the food in Franshoeck delighted us in every meal. The Ivory Lodge was by far the best and most luxurious hotel both of us had ever seen. Not to mention the greatest service we have ever received as well. Needless to say we didn’t want to leave Africa.
Always professional, friendly and extremely helpful, we are quite sure it was your efforts, knowledge of South Africa, and contacts there which saw us have the very best honeymoon we could have possibly wished for. We very much hope to be able to book again with you in the future.
