2. Bookings & Payment

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to travel.
  • Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking, subject to applicable cancellation fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by lodge and service provider. Clients should review the specific cancellation policy applicable to their booking before finalising payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms set by the lodges and service providers involved.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Tailor Africa (Pty) Ltd strives to provide exceptional travel experiences, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience resulting from:
