Best Time to Visit
May to October, during the dry season with excellent wildlife sightings and comfortable temperatures. Rainy season: November to April, bringing green landscapes and afternoon storms—some lodges close during peak rains. Dry season: May to October, with clear skies, cool mornings, and increased animal activity around rivers and waterholes. Temperatures range from 22–30°C (72–86°F), with the coolest months in June and July, especially at night and early morning.
